My quick and easy shrimp and grits
1 cup of quick grits cook according to box.
1 lb. cleaned and de-veined shrimp
1 tablespoon butter
1 can Rotel tomatoes
5-6 slices of bacon fried crisp and crumbled
1/2 cup of shredded sharp cheddar cheese
