Career Fair at AOP

Today I represented the Pamlico Writers’ at the Arts of the Pamlico High School Career Fair. I hope I gave them relevant information and inspiration. They gave me a renewed spirit and hope for the future. I enjoyed talking about books and writing. I found myself excited about my books in a way I hadn’t felt in a while. Getting comfortable talking about my books and being able to condense the story down into just a few lines, has taken a little time. I’m still working on it. I’m still surprised when people are interested in what I have to say, and thrilled when they want to read my books.
