Poem for Easter

He flung open the gates of Heaven With his arms spread wide on a cross

The road to salvation is paved in his blood          a narrow, rocky path

Strewn with trials and tribulations                 The thorns and stones of life

With the breaking of his body                             the ticket of faith he paid

He stumbled for our transgressions                   He suffered for our sins

He gave his all that we might                     Forever live with him!

I write suspense with a hot romance and a southern accent. I like strong characters with attitude and charm. Heroines who can rescue themselves and heroes who aren't afraid to love them.
