Community Garden Pasta
Bored with heavy meals, tonight I used spinach and zucchini from our community garden to create a dinner even my husband would eat! Italian sausage, onion, zucchini, mushroom, garlic and spinach with pasta, mozzarella cheese and parmigiana tossed with a little real butter and Italian dressing.
