Lobster Alfredo

What do you do when you’re given a couple of small lobster tails? Yeah, I didn’t know what to do with them either then I remembered my son made shrimp alfredo and I thought why not lobster alfredo? So, I made spaghetti and set it aside, then I steamed my tails and cracked the shells. After plucking out the succulent meat, I chopped it up and added it to a sauce made with a pat of salted butter and a block of cream cheese, add in seasonings (basil, oregano, salt, pepper, garlic), some of the water I used to steam my lobster and parmesan cheese. Once everything is combined add in spaghetti and toss with more basil and oregano, and top with some bacon crumbles. Bacon makes everything better.

We made three meals out of these little tails, not too bad for having no clue.
