What profession do you admire most and why?

First Responders: EMTs, paramedics, firefighters, police officers and especially those who are volunteers. We have an excellent volunteer fire department and I admire anyone willing to risk their lives to help others. They devote their time and effort to their community. Even those who are in paid positions are not paid enough for the services they provide. As the mom of a volunteer firefighter, I know the education and training that goes into this and respect their dedication.
