Up All Night to Finish

Oh what a tangled web of deceit! Liars, rakes and fortune hunters plague the young women of Victorian England’s society but professional introduction consultant, Calista Langley with the help of her brother, Andrew manage to keep them at bay. That is until someone starts sending threatening gifts better suited to someone in mourning. Beseeched by a madman, Calista is befriended by one of her would be clients. Author of a detective series, Trent Hastings and his sister join their forces to catch a killer. Who’s killing pretty, young governesses? Why is Calista next on his list? Can love bloom amid the chaos or are these feelings just a result of over stimulation?Amanda Quick is one of my favorite authors. She is the reason I spread out and started reading contemporary romance and and paranormal/Sci-fi. I love her strong, independent characters with their little eccentricities. The action, adventure, intrigue and romance is what keeps me coming back for more. Amanda Quick keeps me up all night, turning pages!
