My quick and easy shrimp and grits
1 cup of quick grits cook according to box.
1 lb. cleaned and de-veined shrimp
1 tablespoon butter
1 can Rotel tomatoes
5-6 slices of bacon fried crisp and crumbled
1/2 cup of shredded sharp cheddar cheese
saute shrimp in melted butter until lightly pink, stir in tomatoes and bacon, serve over grits, sprinkle cheese on top. Continue reading Welcome Allegra Johnson to the Cafe
